If you complete the inquiry form, this site collects the name, telephone number and, if you provide it, the email address and message you type in, together with the two states you select. It also records the date and time, your IP address and browser user-agent string, and the version of the licensing configuration in force when you submitted — that last item exists so it can be shown later which states this site was permitted to accept an inquiry from on the day you used it.
If you do not submit the form, this site does not collect personal information about you.
Solely so a licensed mortgage loan originator can answer your question. Submitting the form is not a loan application, and no credit report is pulled from it.
Your inquiry is delivered directly to the licensed mortgage loan originator who covers the states you selected. It is not sent to a lead marketplace, a call centre, or any list of competing lenders. Your information is not sold, rented, or traded.
If you select a state where no licensed originator covers you, the form does not open and nothing about you is recorded — no name, no number, no email. The site records only that a submission was declined and for which state, with no information identifying you.
By ticking the consent box you agree that you may be contacted by telephone call or text message at the number you provide, about the inquiry you submitted. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, by saying so on a call, or by writing to the address below. Withdrawing consent does not require you to give any reason.
Inquiry records are retained for the period required by applicable mortgage advertising and record-keeping rules, and are then deleted.
You may ask what information this site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and it will be handled. If you are a California resident, you may make these requests without being charged or treated differently for doing so.
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site advertising trackers.
